More and more, investors are bringing claims against brokers as a group, and not as sole individuals? Why? Well, the broker had a plan, and sold many investors, at about the same time, the same type of investment--that was very good for the broker and brokerage firm. The costs of arbitration can be very high (always discuss it with us first) and the time to properly put on a case is more than most people know at first. By being a group, the investors can better show the truth of what the broker did, over and over, and efficiently obtain justice.
